When Tracy isn't handling your financial peace of mind, you'll find her on her farm with her many beloved animals such as goats, ducks, geese, dogs, pigs, and tiny rooster.

Nicole Harvey

Nicole brings a strong foundation in financial organization and a sharp eye for detail to our team. Her roles at BB&T include bookkeeping and payroll.

She holds an A.A.S. in Business Accounting from Walters State Community College and is currently finishing her B.S. in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University.

Outside of her professional work, she dedicates most of her free time to her daughter and loves to unwind with a good book whenever she gets the chance.

Will Householder

Will brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to his work at BB&T, where he supports clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, he graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science. His experience in real estate makes him a great asset to the team.

When he isn’t in the office, Will stays active by hitting the gym, spending a day on the golf course, or passionately cheering on the Tennessee Vols.
